Yes, we do! Our most recent backyard wedding was for a lovely couple that surprised their guests at their engagement party that turned out to be their actually wedding day. This is available in our ‘Choose Your Own Venue package’ range.

We currently only offer ceremony services at this current time. We are more than happy to recommend a list of venues for your reception afterwards.

Our styling packages are set with 24 seats as part of the package option. If you would like to add additional seating this is only available for set package chair design. Please discuss with us if this is something you are interested in learning more about. 

Yes, as an optional upgrade, you can discuss with your photographer prior to your wedding about adding additional photography coverage, album upgrades, and requested photo options such as a first look, or for extra time for your reception afterwards etc. This is to be discussed with your photographer separately as Perth Wedding Collective does not take any additional fees from this personalised upgraded quote.

We offer our easy, interest free payment plans. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking when you accept our quote and you have signed the contract. Your next instalment will be a 25% deposit sent 1 month after your first payment and then you will receive your final instalment a month after this with the remaining 25% deposit.

We are currently available for venue step up with a 15km radius from Perth CBD. If you are interested in a venue outside of this radius, there is an added travel fee. Chat to us today to find out more for a personalised quote.

Ceremonies are short and sweet which include your legal vows and you have the option to include your personal vows and exchange rings. The service itself is usually completed within 10 – 15 minutes and you will have your site booking for 1 hour. You are welcome to discuss a personalised quote with your allocated marriage celebrant if you would like to learn more about including a longer ceremony with a personalised script and more.

For our range of ceremony partnership packages offered, we will arrange this venue permit on your behalf such as Matilda Bay/Old Tower House and more. For our ‘Choose Your Own Venue Packages’ you will need to arrange your venue permit to secure that date – we can also help guide you on how to complete this process. Some of our couples have a dream venue and date that they want as their wedding day and they have already arranged this venue permit through the council in advanced. For some venues, pets can be involved. We can help discuss a range of venue options if this is something you would like to include into your ceremony.

You can book your wedding in as little as a months time but some of our couples start to organise/plan their wedding anywhere between 6 months to a year in advance. Allowing more time to plan may help you secure the venue of your dreams for your desired date. Not as organised? Not to worry, we have strong partnerships with a range of venues across Perth and we go above and beyond to get you as close to your desired wedding date as possible. Simply fill out our contact form with your desired wedding date and venue and we can help arrange securing it.

Great! We are here to get your booking secured! The first step is to complete out questionnaire either on our Contact Us page here or under any of the package pages that you might be interested in here. We will then discuss the options in detail with dates and availabilities for your preferred wedding date and time. If you are happy to start your booking, we will then send you a quote and contract for your booking. Once you have signed your contract and accepted your quote you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your wedding ceremony. Once this is paid you are officially booked in.
